To me am I just a normal person, however I realise that there is no such thing as a normal person and I (as we all do) have the energy to make a difference to the world and the people within it.

My journey is to show that our bodies are communicating messages, to gain insight into issues in our lives and connect to our own understanding and healing.

My spiritual journey started when I was around 5 years old. At first I didn't think anything about it, I thought it was normal. Into my teenage life I realised that these experiences were unique to me. Later in life I understood how my healing energies could be used to support others to find their life purpose. Since, I have met many spiritual people who have guided me on my journey.

Throughout my career I have worked across many sectors, including the NHS Ambulance services, sports and mental health. But the common theme has always been to help others to live their best life.

In addition to the above I researched and studied psychology. I now write papers and deliver talks on non-physical phenomena and the perception of spiritual life, contact, and the role this has in guiding us along life's journey.
